My name is Jennifer Gomez and I am the UFTI Administrative Assistant. I have been with UF College of Engineering since November 2015.
Duties
Handle Dr. Lily’s calendar for all appointments. Arrange, schedule, organize and coordinate meetings and other activities, including, but not limited to, the UFTI External Advisory Board and Internal Steering Committee meetings, and assist with other events/meetings as necessary. Prepare Dr. Lily’s, general visitors and candidates travel and reimbursements. Monitor UFTI room reservations and schedule as necessary. Update bulletin boards with current posters and desk space for UFTI, etc.
