WRRC affiliate faculty member Dr. Joseph Delfino was named a Friend of UCOWR (Universities Council on Water Resources) “in recognition of his significant contributions toward the goals of UCOWR”, as he has been an active Florida delegate to UCOWR and served on the UCOWR board.
