Sara Behdad is an associate professor at the Engineering School of Sustainable Infrastructure & Environment. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2013. Her research focuses on sustainable design, e-waste management, process modeling, decision analysis, and product lifecycle engineering.

Christopher Ferraro specializes in the development sustainable, high-performance cement-based materials & carbon-dioxide produced as part of the construction involving portland cement concrete.
